Busy busy week

Last Monday afternoon, Chloe and I went down to Iowa to alleviate Gramma's granddaughter withdrawal. Stayed til Wednesday morning and headed back. I got a few hours off by myself....was fun....but I can honestly say it just isn't fun to leave Chloe behind! I only end up staying away a short while cuz I miss her and wonder what she's up to! Then we were back home for me to work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights. OY.....work was quite busy.....lots of drama.....and some very sick patients right now. Needless to say I've been exhausted since....and it's a good thing I have tomorrow off too! I'm already feeling like I could use a vacation and I just returned from a 3 month one! Aaron was glad to head off to work yesterday evening I think....he's realizing being a "mom" isn't as easy as some people think. But he's quite good at it! Even cooks supper for me!

This week Chloe has started squealing.....just like a little girl. It's quite adorable....especially when she'll do it for Nana on the phone. Although it's not so adorable during meeting when you're trying to get her to STOP squealing.....everyone assured us it was quite cute anyhow...and they can always speak louder than her. I'm not sure about that though, cuz she can get quite loud! She's practically sitting up by herself.....needs very little support anyway....and she can stand on both legs and pinch the skin off your legs with her toes! She's definitely getting to the age where she wants to be entertained.....no more leaving her lying down with the toy arch over her....only works for a little while and then she wants something new!
