Birthdays....

So I guess as one gets older birthdays just become less and less exciting. I remember looking forward to my birthday for the whole month of July! Now that I'm "grown up" they're just not as fun..... Here's how I spent my 25th one today.

Worked from 7pm last night until 730am this morning......came home and slept from 8am-330pm. There goes most of the day! Aaron did take me to Noodles and Co for supper....my favorite! Chloe and I swang in the hammock for a while......Aaron and I played a board game.....and we went out for ice cream. No big party......the only singing was Mum and Ben on the phone in my ear. I guess things like reality....and responsibility just make birthdays less exciting.

On another note.....Chloe was 3 months old on Saturday.....I can't believe it! And she accomplished a milestone that day......the first time we had to leave her with someone other than family.....and she did great! Brendan and Kayla babysat from when I went in to work at 630 pm until Aaron got off at 1030. They said she was wonderful.....(I hope they're not saying that just to be nice and she really screamed the whole time...) And I think we may have given Brendan a fresh dose of BabyFever! Hopefully this week or next we'll get some professional studio portraits done. I told Aaron that could be my birthday present.... :)
