We spent this past weekend at Kurt and Melissa's.....and it seems like the kids had fun playing together....at least they didn't get into TOO much trouble. We babysat all 3 so Kurt and Melissa could have a date Saturday evening.....and we made a gingerbread house together. Keitan and Andrew thought we should just eat all the candy and got a little impatient with the time consumption of putting the house together. It was fun for me anyway! We had a mini thanksgiving dinner for lunch on Saturday (thanks K&M!!) since we missed the real one at their house. Melissa even made a pumpkin pie (my favorite!) knowing I'd probably be the only one to eat any (now that's a sweet sis-in-law!). We went over to see Gramma and Grampa for a little while....Grampa looks pretty good for all he's been through....and was glad to be starting to eat real food after his long recovery from heart surgery. Sunday evening we had supper in Independence with Ryan, Brooke, Tyler, Laney, Farron, Cheri, Elliot, Liam and Gramma Judy! Our first time meeting Laney (who's almost 1!) and Liam (who's almost 6 months!).....we need to get together more often! Holding baby Liam made me yearn for another one.....sigh......gotta wait and see if I got accepted to grad school first, though. And now for the most important part....pictures of the fun!

I'm the only one in this house that likes pumpkin pie as well. You'll have to come over sometime and we'll have some good pie. :) When will you hear back about grad school?
