I was wondering whether you would mention Victoria's. We were lucky enough to stumble onto it when we were up that way!
Wow. So when are you starting your photography business? ;) My SIL is a photographer and just did a bunch of photos similar to this for a Target. It was a big job and paid quite well. Maybe you should show some of these to the big wigs at good ol' Mayo.
