Thanksgiving

OK....so before I get another emergency e-mail.....here are some more pictures!
Wendy was here for a week before Thanksgiving and was a HUGE help with getting cooking stuff done ahead of time! Unfortunately I did not capture a single photo of my beautiful sister....clearly school has me way too distracted! We even worked in a trip to Ikea and MOA..... and being the cool auntie she is, Wendy brought a tutu for Chloe. It's a wonder I can get any school work done with the ballerina spinning in the background!

Monday of Thanksgiving Mickey, Naomi, and Jonathan arrived from Virginia so Mickey could get his heart fixed up at the clinic....so we helped them find their way around and gave them a true "Minnesota Nice" welcome... :)

And Thanksgiving this year was our turn to host Aaron's family!! What a houseful.....and so much fun! This year we decided to do brisket instead of turkey and cheesecakes for dessert instead of pies. We had 17 for dinner Thursday....and all went off without a hitch (many thanks to all Wendy's help ahead of time!!).
The 4 little cousins had lots of fun playing together....and the boys quickly discovered that since Chloe was the only girl they could blame everything on her....not sure if everything really was her fault or not.... :) But they were cute!

She calls it her "princess skirt"

Dave, Jonathan, Naomi, Mickey__________ Chad, Nate, Kurt, Melissa, Andrew, Josh, Jill

Pumpkin cheesecake a la cheesecake factory......and plain with raspberry sauce a la Chef Wendy

Is this not the cutest face you've ever seen?!

The blocks were popular.....

I LOVE this shot.....

Giving hugs goodbye......Andrew and Chloe are only 6 months apart!

Watching the last of the cousins drive away.... :(

the oreo crust looks lame... I don't think I did that quite right... I think it needed to be smaller pieces...I hope it was ok. even with all it's cracks>
Looks like a grand time though!
