Ship shots

I know...my huge reader base is dying for cruise photos....HA...who am I kidding. (Maybe most of you have already seen them on facebook?) Anyhow....I've been slowly sorting through all the photos I took (600+!)....and now I'll try to start posting them.

This is an assortment of photos from around the ship....

Our ship!! And the traditional carnival "whale tail" funnel on top....

Our stateroom!! 8109

Bags being loaded on......can you imagine all the luggage for 2200 guests?!

Flags flappin in the breeze....

Sun behind the funnel....

Medusa in the disco (Dance club was called Medusa's Lair)...this was taken while the club was empty....we never did go at night with the crowd

The enchanted forrest hallway on the ship

Looking out our balcony while still in port

Our assigned "mustah stayshun" as the announcer said (where you "calmly" gather to board life boats in an emergency)

The bridge with the captain and his assistant while pulling away from port in Tampa

Funnel and lights at dusk....

Our balcony is the one with the red circle around it.....top floor of the stateroom floors!
(And we definitely think it was worth the splurge for the balcony room)

Starboard side

Looking down at the narrow pier in Cozumel...

Our table for dinner every night....

Artsy shot in the dining room....

Docked in Cozumel, Mexico

Port side of the ship

Tender boat unloading in Belize... View from our porthole at dinner

Chandeliers in the dining room

View down the huge atrium/lobby from the top floor ....and the view looking up from the bottom.

One of many gold etchings on the stair cases of "Legends" (This one's Buffalo Bill)

I never really felt the urge to go on a cruise....until now!! Carnival should pay you for posting these pics, because I'm ready to book a cruise!! ;-) Looks like you had a great time, and from FB, looks like your mom had a great time while you were gone!
