Long weekend in VA

So in spite of the weather on Friday we made it out in the nick of time and ended up in VA only a few hours later than we had originally planned. I think I may have needed a visit to Generose if we hadn't made it home to see my family!! Chloe had lots of fun playing with Nana and Grampie and Uncle Tom, Uncle Ben, and Aunt Wendy and amusing Great Grammie and Grampie. It was fun because she can actually try and say all their names now. Ben is very clear....which I think pretty much melts his heart. We got some wallyball in...a bit of tichu....got to meet Tom's girlfriend finally.....saw a large group of the C'ville crowd (missed a few!!)....got a little bit of relaxing in....and Aaron and I even got to go out to lunch on a mini-date. Thanks everyone....we miss you already!!! We especially miss your weather since we returned to subzero temperatures with major windchills. Gotta love MN in the winter....can't wait for our cruise in March. Only 8 more weeks!!!

My adorable sister Wendy.....spent the weekend with us at Dad's.....and Saturday was her 3rd wedding anniversary....which she and Mike spent with us after he finished his reserve training stuff....how romantic!

Tom and Colleen...they flew into Dulles at 5am Saturday morning after a week of snowboarding in California. It was nice to finally meet you Colleen!!

Chloe was still very puzzled by Uncle Tom's hair.....she can't figure it out. :)

They were talking about their wedding being only the 3rd time they saw each other. It was cute listening to them....
