Why I love my husband....

So there are a bajillion reasons really why I love Aaron.....but this one came up last night when I went to bed (I promise it's G-rated!).
Aaron is pretty much a furnace most of the time....especially when he sleeps (I think he gets it from his mom?). Before he had to share his room with a wife he'd leave the window open nearly all winter with a fan on high blasting a breeze on him. Since we've been married we always have the ceiling fan on....every night....and depending on the outdoor temp we'll have the window open. During the summer he blasts the A/C all night long with the ceiling fan on high. That was one of the pre-requisites in our house hunt....central A/C and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. I've gradually gotten used to sleeping in the arctic since he's nice enough to let me cuddle up to him to keep warm. Some nights I would much rather leave the fan off....especially a few lately when our bedroom has felt many degrees colder than the rest of the house. It's one of the few things we've not been able to reach a compromise on that fully satisfies both parties. So he sleeps with practically nothing on all year round and I sleep with long sleeve shirts and pj pants on all year round. Last night when I came to bed (he'd gone to bed a few hours earlier since he gets up earlier for work) he was lying on my side of the bed. I figured he must want to switch sides or something so I was prepared to crawl in the other side. He realized I was there and crawled back over to his side.....he was just keeping my side of the bed warm until I got there! (Sigh)....Just when I'm fervently wishing we could forget about the ceiling fan and A/C thing he goes and does something like that......

Awww! :) Nice of him to share some of his warmth! I remember walking into his bedroom some mornings to wake him up...open the door and felt like you were walking into a deep freeze! Heehee!

How sweet!! It is usually the opposite in our house though, Nate is always stealing my warmth!

And your still married?! Just kidding. :) I guess that's what they meant by "for better, for worse".
